Company has been ISO 9001 registered since September 12, 2000. ISO certification ensures
that our customers will receive the same excellent service time and time again. At Air America
Logistics, we are committed to continually improving our operations systems to meet all our
customers' transportation needs. As part of our Quality Tracking procedure, we have
implemented a number of reports and procedures to identify any service issues and to
implement and evaluate solutions for those issues.

Our operations team also includes a Flight Operations Analyst, whose responsibilities not only
include reviewing and updating operations procedures, but also identifying other areas for
improvement. These range from the way we provide our services, to communication with customers
and carriers to changes in internal training methods to continuously find better ways of running
our business as a whole.
